FAMILY GLAM SYAWAL ADVENTURE (“Contest”)

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. This Contest, Family Glam Syawal Adventure, on 22 March 2025, is organised by Megah Rise Mall (“Organiser”) and is open exclusively to PLAYCE app members. Each team must consist of 1 adult (18 years and above) and 1 child (below 18 years old).

2. Interested participants may register and submit an entry for the Contest from today until 20 March 2025 through the Google Form (https://forms.gle/u1RE2sEdurVwv55n7).

3. Each participating pair must complete tasks at 5 designated spots across the mall. Marks are based on the total time taken to complete challenges at each station (walking time excluded). Time penalties may apply for mistakes.

4. Teams that dress in Raya-themed outfits will receive extra marks.

5. The score and ranking for the prizes will be based on the judges’ scores. The judging criteria include teamwork, creativity, problem-solving skills, and time management.

6. The winners will be awarded the following prizes:

• 1st Place – Trophy + Exclusive Hamper
• 2nd Place – Trophy + Exclusive Hamper
• 3rd Place – Trophy + Exclusive Hamper
• 6 Excellent Awards – RM50 PLAYCE App E-Cash Voucher

7. The judges’ decision is final, and no further requests, claims, or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

9. Each winner is entitled to one prize only, and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

10. Winners announcement and prize presentation will be held on 22 March 2025, at 4.30 PM at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor, Megah Rise Mall.

11. The Organiser will not be responsible for any accidents, mishaps, injuries, or damages occurring during the Contest. No claims of any kind can be made against the Organiser.

12. The Organiser reserves the right to reject and disqualify any participant who does not comply with the contest rules or acts inappropriately.

13. The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs, and/or video recordings of participants for advertising and promotional purposes without prior notice.

14. Upon registering for the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood PPB Hartabina Sdn. Bhd.’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice, available at https://megahrisemall.com.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice.

15. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
