Terms & Conditions

1. Interested participants are required to download the PLAYCE Mobile App and register as a PLAYCE member to participate in the Workshops & Giveaways.
2. Limited spaces available and on a first-come first-served basis.
3. Children below 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
4. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any registrations that do not provide satisfactory proof of PLAYCE membership or event registration.
5. Employees, tenants and promoters of Megah Rise Mall are not eligible to participate in this Workshop & Giveaways and are not permitted to redeem an entry on behalf of customers.
6. The organiser will not be responsible for any accident, loss, mishap, death, damage, or injuries occurring during the Workshops & Giveaways in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the organiser. Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and the final decision of the organiser.
7. The organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs, and/or video recordings of participants, including all materials created or submitted during the Workshops & Giveaways, for advertising and/or promotional purposes without prior notice. By registering for the Workshops & Giveaways, participants and/or their parents/guardians consent to such use by the organiser and waive any ownership rights or claims to compensation. By joining the Workshops & Giveaways, each participant and/or their parents/guardians also consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Hartabina Sdn. Bhd.
8. The organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or related to the Workshops & Giveaways at any time without prior notice.
9. The organiser’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Workshops & Giveaways is final and conclusive, and no further challenges, objections, requests, claims, or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
