Warna-Warni Malaysia Painting Contest (“Contest”)

Theme: Warna-Warni Malaysia Painting Contest

Time: 2:00PM – 4:00PM

Location: Level 3, Near to Badminton Hall, Megah Rise Mall

• This Contest, Malaysia Painting Contest on 7 September 2025, organised by Megah Rise Mall (“Organiser”) is open to participants aged 4 – 15 years old. There are two categories:  Category A for participants aged 4 – 9, and Category B for participants aged 10 – 15.
• All participants are required to bring their own art materials (including stationeries and colouring materials such as colour pencils, poster colours, marker pens, fluorescent markers, etc.) as well as their own table and chair on the Contest day.
• The artwork must feature the Malaysia Day theme, reflecting national pride and unity. All colouring must be done on the Contest day.
• The Organiser will provide each participant with an A3-sized paper on the Contest day.
• The score and ranking for the prizes will be determined by the judges, based on creativity, neatness, colour combination, relevance to the theme, and overall presentation.
• The winners of each category will receivethe following prizes: –

a. 1st Prize: PLAYCE E-Cash Vouchers worth RM150.00 + Trophy + Cert

b. 2nd Prize: PLAYCE E-Cash Vouchers worth RM100.00 + Trophy + Cert

c. 3rd Prize: PLAYCE E-Cash Vouchers worth RM50.00 + Trophy + Cert

d. 2 Excellence Award: PLAYCE E-Cash Vouchers worth RM30.00 + Trophy + Cert

• The judges’ decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
• Participants hereby agree to allow the Organiser to display the artwork at Megah Rise Mall after submission.
• The Organiser reserves the right and sole and absolute discretion to reject and disqualify any artwork deemed unsuitable for display, offensive in nature or which is not compliant with the Terms & Conditions of the Contest.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners found to be in breach of the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
• Each winner is entitled to one prize only. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• Winners' announcement and prize presentation will be held on 7 September 2025 (Sunday), 4.30PM at Level 3, near to Badminton Hall, Megah Rise Mall.
• The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused to the contest entry after it has been submitted to the Organiser, and no claims whatsoever can be made against the Organiser in such an event. Contest entries submitted for the Contest are not returnable.
• The Organiser will not be responsible for any accident, mishap, death, damage or injuries occurring during the Contest or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind can be made against the Organiser. Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and final decision of the Organiser.
• The Organiser retains all rights to publish and use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for promotions, without any prior notice to the participants and/or their parents/guardians who by submitting their entries to the Contest hereby consent, or for parents/guardians, have consented on behalf of the participants, to such use by the Organiser. All participants and/or their parents/guardians on behalf of the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of claims or compensation whatsoever on any of the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant and/or their parents/guardians hereby consent to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Hartabina Sdn. Bhd.
• The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser’s decision on any and all matters in respect of the Contest is final and conclusive and no further challenges, objections, requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.
• Upon submitting an entry to the Contest, the participant and/or their parent/guardian on behalf of the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood PPB Hartabina Sdn. Bhd.’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Megah Rise Mall’s website (https://megahrisemall.com.my/privacy-policy-and-personal-data-notice) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
